Grand Bay Alabama to Milton Florida

We are finally in Florida. It is hard to believe we have come all this way. Today we took the ferry across Mobile Bay. It took about 40 minutes to cross. There was a lot of wind and some nice size waves. At one point I was standing by the front of the boat and a big wave came up and I got soaked all down one side of me. All day it has looked like rain was threatening but we only recieved a few drops on the windshield until after we had been to camp for a while, then we had a brief shower that sent us scurrying to the trailer. Today while we were driving we needed to pull over while Jean nursed Andrew and while they were doing that I went in the grocery store we stopped at and got a few groceries. Today is Jean's (and Roger's) birthday so I got a little ice crean and a pastry to celebrate with. We are stayiug at a KOA tonight. It is very nice and has the nicest showers we have incountered on our trip. When Paul arrived at camp we got in the swimming pool for a short time and then all took showers. The temps have been in the upper 70's today but with the high humidity it has still felt warm, just not hot.
