DeRidder to Washington

Well we have moved on again. The last weekend was so nice and dry but this morning dawned muggy and overcast. The heat got up to about 82 while I was driving. I don't know what it went up to after that. It is quite breezy and warm. We drove past rice fields and still lots of trees. Paul arrived at this site soon after I did and helped me get set up. This RV park has very run down toitets and shower so I think we may just use our trailer tonight. We are camped right next to one of those Lousiana Bayous. The water is very brown. I asked one of the guys here if there were alligators in there and he said there could be and that he knew there were some futher up the bayou. We have seen a few fishing boats zip by. I think Paul went out to take a picture.Today is one of those days when you just want to stay in the air conditioned places. I think we are going to cook hambergers for dinner tonight.
