Libby MT
Today our journey took us along the shore of Lake Koocanusa. It is a very long lake and very pretty with trees all around it. It is impounded by Libby Dam. I must admit that driving along the lake with all the ups and downs was not real comfortable for me but fortunately the traffic was light so I could take it at my own pace. The river that flows out of it is Kootenai River. We are camped in an RV park tonight and it is very welcome because the day is quite warm, low 90's so the air conditioner feels real good. When we got to camp we walked to the grocery store and got some vegetables to go with our little steak that Paul cooked for dinner. It was pretty warm but it felt good to get out and walk a bit. We have been able to flush out our water system here and it really needed it. Our water was getting a little green so I put some bleach in it and we were able to flush it all out and put fresh water in it. Last night in Montana.
